48CH Multi-Zone Precision Burn-In Chamber for Industrial & Server Power Supply Testing

Purpose-built for demanding industrial power supply, server PSU, and telecom rectifier reliability testing, this 48-channel precision burn-in chamber features four independently controlled thermal zones with ±0.3°C accuracy. Programmable multi-stage aging profiles, adjustable voltage/current parameters per channel, and comprehensive data logging make it the definitive tool for R&D validation and high-reliability production QA.

4-Zone Independent Thermal Control.

Four independently regulated temperature zones enable simultaneous testing of products with different thermal requirements in a single chamber. Each zone maintains ±0.3°C accuracy from ambient+10°C to 80°C, with real-time zone temperature display and individual over-temperature protection. Run high-temp server PSU tests in zones 1-2 while conducting moderate-temp industrial PSU tests in zones 3-4 — all in parallel.

Fully Programmable Aging Profiles.

Define multi-stage aging sequences with up to 20 programmable steps per profile. Each step supports independent temperature setpoint, load mode (CC/CV/CR/CP), load level, dwell time, and ramp rate. Simulate real-world thermal cycling, load fluctuation, and startup/shutdown scenarios for comprehensive reliability validation.

Adjustable Aging Conditions per Channel.

Unlike fixed-configuration chambers, each of the 48 channels supports independent voltage, current, and power settings. Test mixed product batches with different electrical specifications simultaneously, maximizing chamber utilization and lab flexibility.

Precision Data Acquisition & Reporting.

Real-time per-channel monitoring of voltage, current, power, temperature, and status with 1-second refresh rate. Automated data logging to CSV/PDF with statistical analysis including yield rate, CPK, and time distribution. MES integration ready with barcode scanning support.

Advanced Safety & Remote Management.

Multi-layer protection with per-zone over-temperature shutdown, per-channel over-current/over-voltage protection, smoke detection, and emergency stop. Remote monitoring via LAN with email/SMS alerting for out-of-spec conditions. True unattended 24/7 operation capability.
